Sturgis Area Chamber of Commerce is here to promote your business to our members, our community, and surrounding areas for the purpose of growing your business and bettering the Sturgis area. We are a member-based association. There are nearly 300 Chamber Member businesses in a variety of categories. The Chamber is made up of a Board of Directors, Chamber staff, and Ambassadors. Kari Hatt, Executive Director
Kari Hatt serves as the Executive Director of the Sturgis Area Chamber of Commerce (SACC) in Sturgis, Michigan. A Sturgis native, she graduated from Sturgis High School in 2001 and earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Central Michigan University in 2005. Before returning to the SACC, Hatt spent 12 years as a partner at Culture by Choice, where she assisted organizations nationwide in enhancing their communication and leadership practices. In March 2023, Hatt assumed the role of Executive Director at the SACC. Her tenure coincided with the chamber’s centennial celebration, marking a significant milestone in its history.
McCully Kyle, Executive Assistant
McCully Kyle is a proud graduate of Burr Oak High School and the BACC Business/Marketing Program. She gained early leadership at BACC by managing a student-led graphic design business. She has a strong background in administrative customer service and creative work. Before joining the Chamber, McCully worked for the Doyle Community Center and held various roles throughout the Sturgis area. McCully enjoys learning about local history, supporting her community events, and bringing creativity to every project.
