The purpose of ADAPT is to provide residential, community inclusion, clubhouse, case management services, and/or vocational training and work experience. ADAPT serves individuals with developmental disabilities, persons with mental illness, and persons in need of vocational skills and employment. It is the desire of this organization to assist individuals in maximizing their growth and becoming as self-sufficient as possible.
ADAPT, Inc. serves adults with developmental disabilities and/or mental illness in Branch and St. Joseph Counties. Funding for program participation is typically provided by the county Community Mental Health (CMH) agency. Adapt strives to personalize programs to individual needs and desires (person-centered), within the scope of services offered through the program. Admission to any Adapt program is a decision made cooperatively by a team of people, including the prospective Consumer, the Family/Guardian, the (CMH) Case Manager/Support Coordinator, the appropriate Program Supervisor, and the Coordinator of Community-Based Services.

Eye Care West was founded in the 1960s. It has since been providing quality eye care to the Sturgis area. Patients come from all around the surrounding area to have their eyes examined by our professionals.
We have a wide variety of frames to choose from if you would like to update yours. We also offer many services such as ocular emergencies, removing objects from eyes, managing eye diseases, contact lenses, pediatric exams and routine eye care.
Our professional staff would love to greet you and answer your questions. We do offer same day emergency appointments but ask that you schedule comprehensive eye exams ahead of time. We would love to serve you as our patient!
